These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of beeveefx.com and any production services provided by Beevee FX Studio (“Beevee FX”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Beevee FX Studio provides cinematic production services including — but not limited to — ad films, commercial production, AI-driven campaigns, short films, brand films, social content, reels, podcast production, and creative direction. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written proposal or project agreement for each engagement.
2. Proposals and engagement
- Proposals are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- Work begins only after a signed agreement and the agreed advance payment is received.
- Any change in scope, shoot schedule, or deliverables may result in a revised quote and timeline.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are:
- 50% advance to lock the production schedule
- 25% on shoot completion
- 25% on final delivery
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST where relevant), travel, lodging, specialized equipment rentals, licensing fees, and third-party talent fees, which are billed at cost unless bundled in the proposal.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Intellectual property
- Final deliverables — usage rights to the final approved films/content are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, subject to the license terms stated in the project agreement.
- Raw footage, RAWs, project files — remain the property of Beevee FX Studio unless explicitly licensed or sold as part of the engagement.
- Third-party assets — any stock footage, music, fonts, or licensed material used is subject to the license terms of the original provider.
6. Portfolio & credit
Beevee FX Studio retains the right to display delivered work in its portfolio, showreel, social channels, and case studies after the public release date, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., via an NDA or portfolio-exclusion clause).
7. Cancellations
- Advance payments are non-refundable once pre-production begins.
- If a shoot is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date, additional booking fees for locked crew, talent, and equipment may apply.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client briefs, strategy, unreleased creative, and business information as confidential. We are happy to execute a mutual NDA on request.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beevee FX Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Updates
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
