- Project material — briefs, references, assets, and footage you share with us during an engagement.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Beevee FX Studio reserves the right to showcase delivered work in its portfolio, showreel, social channels, and case studies after the agreed public release date. If your project is confidential, let us know at contract stage and we will formalize an NDA or portfolio-exclusion clause.

Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of the engagement. Project files are retained according to the terms of the project agreement, or deleted on written request once final delivery is complete.
